ANALYSIS, DESIGN & MANAGEMENT
ATTRACTING TALENT
Investing in your employee benefit programs may be one of the best competitive moves you can make. Top-performing organizations understand the crucial role that benefit programs play in attracting and retaining high-performing talent.
Labor pools today are comprised of distinct generations, each with differing needs and time horizons. Our job is to help your organization align your benefits programs with the demographics of the population and your employment strategy. After an analysis of your current plans, including a comparison to benchmark data, we will customize a benefits program that fits your organization’s objectives.

AFTER ENROLLMENT, THE REAL JOB BEGINS

PLAN MANAGEMENT
We consult regularly and have valuable relationships with our carrier partners. We review detailed claim utilization, by diagnosis, to understand shock, aggregate and disease-related issues and work together on case management and disease remission. We determine the best way to underwrite your plan using a variety of funding methods. As your Consulting Broker, we meet with you on a regular basis, and at least quarterly, to discuss costs, trends and ways to mitigate further expense in controllable areas.
We believe it is equally important to provide you benchmark data on your group’s health costs, plan designs and contributions to compare how you rate next to national, regional and local statistics and competition. Our hands-on, proactive program management prevents renewal surprises and allows us to develop progressive strategies far in advance of your renewal.
